• From I-40 East (ARKANSAS), take Exit 7 for I-540 South. Take Exit 3, turn left at light and follow Hwy. 59 8 miles to Hwy. 22, turn left (east) and go 6 miles to intersection of Hwy. 22 and Hwy. 96.
• From I-40 West (OKLAHOMA), exit #325 at Roland, Oklahoma. Go through Roland, cross Arkansas River bridge, follow Garrison Ave. merge to Rogers Ave./Hwy. 22. Go east 16 miles to intersection of Hwy. 22 and Hwy. 96.
• From hotels on Phoenix Avenue, take Rogers Ave./Hwy. 22 east 9 miles to the intersection of Hwy. 22 and Hwy. 96.
TRAILER PARKING
Safe overnight parking for trailers is located on the NORTH SIDE of Hwy. 22.
From the west, go through the Hwy. 22 & 96 traffic light, pass the sale facility, and turn at the sign.

AIR TRAVEL
• FORT SMITH Airport (www.flyfsm.com) is served by American Eagle to Dallas-Fort Worth. We will provide transportation to and from the Fort Smith Airport, please call the Fort Smith office or sale day phones to make arrangements. Excellent private service is available in Fort Smith, call us for info. The airport is 9.9 miles from the ranch.
• NORTHWEST ARKANSAS (XNA) National Airport (www.flyxna.com) is an EASY 90-minute drive from Fort Smith. Approximately 50 flights a day to 27 destinations accessible from this excellent airport in the Bentonville/Fayetteville/Springdale/Rogers region.
• TULSA International Airport (www.tulsaairports.com) is an EASY two-hour drive from Fort Smith served by all major airlines.
HOTELS
We have arranged room blocks in the midtown area of Fort Smith closest to Belle Point Ranch. Both hotels are located on Phoenix Avenue near Fort Smith Airport and Mercy Hospital, and there are lots of great restaurant choices and convenient shopping nearby.
DIRECTIONS TO THE RANCH – From the hotels, go east on Phoenix Avenue to Rogers Ave. and turn right. Travel east on Rogers Ave. 9 miles to the intersection of Hwy. 22 and Hwy. 96.
